I mean, Francoeur, Gordon and Cabrera have 43 combined outfield assists, which is about the statistic of the year to me.

The Royals having awful pitching is obviously a factor, but last I saw, the team in second place is nowhere close to 43 (something like 30).

All he did for us, was swing for dumb pitches, yet somehow get clutch hits despite his terrible average.

Not surprised he is doing well. All former Mets end up doing better. We are cursed.

Dude played hard, was a bit of a leader and kept us entertained with his arm. Would've really liked to have seen him right his ways and stayed here.
