GAME: Guess the inspiration for the shoe I drew (UPDATED)

At the beginning of the year I quit drinking. I am over 200 days sober. Instead of drinking at night, I have chosen to draw more.

So I thought I would post a shoe I have drawn and you guys guess the inspiration. In an effort to get away from PS, everything here, aside from text, is drawn on my iPad.

This first one is pretty easy.

I drew it based on The Max ( the shape of the blob looking thing comes from the door, the mesh is from the glass block windows and the aglet is based on Max's magic wand) and the opening credits.

Sorry, I kind of forgot about this thread. I'm now over 300 days sober. I'm guessing the holidays might be difficult, but so far I'm not struggling too badly.

The inspiration for this shoe (another shoe) is a bit more strenuous.

Quick story...

I was doing laundry and annoyed that I didn't get all the grass off my socks after I mowed. So I thought about a way of saving your socks. Then I thought about how stained my mowing shoes were. Then I thought about which shoe is used the most for mowing by dads everywhere. Then I covered the Air Monarch in honey to see where grass affects the shoe the most (a la the Air Jordan 39). Then I decided to design a shoe that was more stain-resistant with a removable, washable inner bootie to protect your socks and a molded Croc-like upper.
