Goth ninja? You can probably trace it back to the old goths of the 80's/90's but it has been taken to the extreme adapting skirts and draping as it's main aesthetic.

Also skinny suits. Again, it can probably be traced to rocker wearing skin tight dress pants with overly slim blazer with the sleeves rolled up but it being worn like it's the norm and not like a rockstar is new.

The glasses are definitely from the eighties
the beanies were definitely from the 90's grunge era

I agree with you on the beanie/glasses hipster look. 
I think a lot of people tend to not see the difference between a style or trend
and just that particular item itself.  (if that makes any sense)

That doesn't mean that slouchy beanies and thick black frames didn't exist before now

just that this particular style isn't really one that i can recall before.

The closest thing IMO might be the Beatnik era...
 
Cardigans, flannel shirts, beanies, ear flap hats, glasses with no lenses = grunge from the 90s.
