Help Determining Shoe

I apologize if this is the incorrect place for this.. I have already spent too much time trying on the Internet trying to figure out what these shoes are.

I would like to purchase the same color shoe again if it is still available.

Here are the pictures of the shoe in question.

The closest thing I have found is the Nike SB Blazers, but I have not seen a single blazer with a stripe across the mid-line of the rubber on the bottom.

Any help is appreciated.

Just an FYI: you can take the color code/product number or whatever you want to call it and then do a Google search.

In the first pic you provided of the inside tongue tag, you can see it says 354701-008. Use that number for your Google search and it'll pop up.

This works for any Nike shoe.

Ahhh that worked. Thank you very much. I used to work retail so I tried googling the UPC and failed.
