Hi guys,

I'm new on this forum and even though I hate it when people make an account simply to ask just a question they have, I see no other way then to do this anyway.

I was born in 1992 and did my first communion when I was around 7 years old, so that would make it a pair of Nikes from 1998/1999 and maybe, just maybe 2000, but older would be more logical.I am trying to find this pair already for months now and it doesn't matter how much I scroll through pages and pages of images, I can't find it.

I remember them as grey/black coloured slip-ons and the one thing that always wandered through my mind was that it had Nike-logo stitched on in silver thread. Not grey, shiny silver.

The most resembling shoe I could find in all those months are Nike Air Griffey Max 2GD COOL Grey/Black. They are featured on Nikeblog.com: http://www.nikeblog.com/2010/03/26/nike-air-griffey-max-2-gd-cool-greyblack/ This one has the tiny Nike Logo on the heel of the shoe, but as I can remember it was on top of the nose of the shoe, but then almost on the outer side of the nose. Also this nike is too busy for the shoe I had. It was a very very clean shoe with almost no extra edges/stitches in the fabric on the side. Just mostly plain grey with some black lining

The sole, however wasn't an air sole, but was solid without bubble(s) and was very very thick at the heel and the more you came to the nose of the shoe, the less thick it became, untill it was almost nothing anymore. The sole had no extreme details, curves and edges, it was pretty straight forward.

The shoe was bought in the Netherlands and as I hope I fully remember, was over Fl. 100 (Gulden, which we had before the Euro).

Can you guys help me out? Or is this just a search that's never going to end? I would love to find them somewhere and to rebuy them in my current size.

Oh yeah and one thing: Ofcourse it was kids size!
