Help please, two-step verification code not being sent

I’ve been having trouble logging back via desktop after the 30-day period. The email code never gets sent out and I’ve checked both my inbox and spam folders. It’s gotten progressively worse where sometimes I’d have to wait hours or the next day to see the confirmation code but this time I’m just not getting a code at all. Please help! I don’t want to get locked out of mobile when the time comes as well.

I'm back on! Someone from NT Staff reached out to me and I whitelisted future NT emails in my email settings. I pretty much have all email notifications disabled except for the two-factor verification email code. If I run into this problem again, then I'll just log back in with a back-up code. Thanks for the help!
