How can you tell if a website is truely 100 percent authentic?

That site is NOT legit. The prices are very low and AJ 11 heels is a dead giveaway.

NT has a list of websites that are legit to buy from....gotta be careful out there cause there are tons of fakes

Main things to look for are very low prices, colorways that have never released.. stuff that seems to good to be true most likely are..

But you can also tell if they sell fake kicks if:
- Prices are "too good to be true"
- They have colorways you've never seen before or don't exist
- They have fusions/hybrids or Jordans that have never been released/don't exist
- The site doesn't state it sells authentic shoes or not
The site you posted pretty much has everything above mentioned. Most legit sites will have it somewhere that they sell 100% authentic kicks and prices will definitely reflect it.

If the prices are to good to be true. Than the shoes are probably knockoffs, use common sense.
