how to apply for nike vip card?

help! im planning to have nike vip card? help me to choose which is good, nike park or nike stadium? 

also how to apply?

It's personal preference, IMO. If you often get your stuff from Park, go with them. If you're a Stadium guy, get theirs.

Not really sure what their current policies are for applying for a VIP card, but you can try and call/visit the nearest Nike Park/Stadium to get the details.
