Im interested in creating my own fitted.. i see plenty of companies who have their names/logos on these new era fitteds. Im sure it would have to be a bulkorder.. but is their a way to get this done without owning a company/clothing store?

lids does custom fitteds....think they have a computer system with certain designs in it to choose from though, so dont think you can just bring in a designfor them to do. wouldn't hurt to try though. my girlfriends brother got hats done for his company, but he chose a design from their book. and no itdoesn't have to be in a bulk order

here are some examples of hats i got customized from lids before (i know, not a brand or anything but just wanted to showcase their work for you)

Im familiar with lids stiching fitteds for folks but what about a Logo in the front!!

Thanks man.. appreciate it. But would you know about plain fitteds and having them add a design to the front of the hat.

never looked into it, but i always thought you had to order something like minimum of 144 hats from new era ?

hopefully some of the designers on here will shed some light with the new era ordering.

I know this one store in the BX does it, they just before fordham

I heard new era is very strict on which brands they make hats for now.

Only individuals that can get their own hats are celebs/vip's

^That is true. Like getting a Nike account for your own store, it takes some screening and research on their part to decide if you're a good candidate fortheir products.
They don't want some bummed out shop selling their fitteds, they want quality stuff.

get a blank hat and go to lids or hatworld. they sell blank hats too

I think with regard to "urban" or at least fashion type ventures, there's a whole department dedicated to that. AFAIK they approach somecomapnies, and just screen anyone who comes to them

IIRC you CAN get your own joints done still, but not through the retail channel. I remember someone psoted a link to some new era site and i think it was moreabout corporate branding.

The hood spot in my town got new era's made for its store and it's not that much of a hot spot, but then again they might fakes. As far as the lidsthing, you gotta choose what's in their logo book their.

lids does designs on the front as well. that's what my girlfriends brother did. you can really get it anywhere on the hat you want, including the sides.its just a matter of them being able to do the design you want/need. i only got it on the back cause i rock my hats backwards. there are also different sizesyou can get done as well
