What's up y'all,
I had this in the nike section but didn't receive much input so I decided to post in here. I've good reviews about the huarache 08s with one of the fews knocks being the lack ankle support. I remember reading a post where someone said they modified the shoe slightly to provide better ankle protection. If someone can post a link to the thread, or explain how this can be accomplished, it would be much appreciated. 1

If you've tried all the standard methods i.e.= lacing them up to the top eyelets, lacing them tightly, etc...
you might want to try utilizing the eyelets behind the top eyelet.
Also, I've found that oval laces tighten better than other types of laces. You might want to switch out the flat laces for oval ones. Good luck.

i havent had any problems with ankle support in mine, they usually are tied real tight at the top though

i had no ankle problems with mine either.. very stable shoe IMO
