I think I have something special! Tailwind iv black white university red

So my uncle gave me a pair of Nike tailwind iv a few years back for my birthday, they were his old shoes pretty worn out and I didn’t think anything special of them.
Time went past and only a week ago did I wear these out to go to the corner store and I walked into a mate, and he went ballistic when he saw these asking me where I had found them. So naturally I’m thinking these are worth something but I can’t seem to find any legit stores selling the shoes I posses.
They’re in pretty alright maybe 7/10 condition. If anyone has any information about these shoes please let me know!

^ This is probably from the days of OG and if that’s the case, it’s nothing special. Could be exclusive colorways for the certain mega-chain store like Foot Locker, but doesn’t matter that much coz they still made tons of the same colorways. I believe it probably means that his uncle’s pair could survive 20+ years and he just happened to meet someone who is either die-hard Tailwind iv fan from the OG days or one of those hypebeasts that got into TW IVs after Supreme collab came out recently.
