If you "seal the deal" without taking her out on a date, do you rule her out?

I've sat here thinking about this question. And I've never intentionally cut a chick off bc she gave up the guts, but in retrospect that has been the case every time. My current GF and I have been together off and on for 4 yrs, and she made me wait til the 4th date. But every time we have broken up for a bit, I've ran thru other chicks and it ends up just being that. A quick change up, realize how wack they are, and then reconcile with my gf. However I do know ppl that had what would have been a one night stand but it ultimately led to a relationship. There are no rules for life, just roll w/ it.
