Is there a difference in the fit for Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 5

Hi, I would like to ask for an opinion to the Jordanheads.

I have AJ5 which I wear US7.5. Should I have size up, down or TTS for AJ4s? Because I read that some are saying that the 4s run smaller. My feet are kinda narrow tho..but my second toe is long than the big toe.. And suggestions?
