Same for me on SlamJam - no idea why. I've tried multiple different browsers and operating systems and even tried placing an order with a non-working card just to see if it would get it to save. No dice.

Try filling it out, hitting submit payment, then refreshing. Fill it out again and it should take on the second try. That's how it went for me yesterday.
