Jordan 11 (2012)- Need help with Fake Check

I bought these shoes off of ebay. I am concerned with the right shoe.  I compared the shoes with another pair of 11's and the left side of the bred 11 shoe. The left shoe seems good to me. The stitching on the shoe lace loops of the right shoe is off. I don't know if Jordan brand is this bad with quality and control or if the right shoe is a b-grade shoe or a fake shoe. The seller stated he bought the shoe off of Nike.com during a restock and wore the shoes once.
