The snakeskin seems overly shiny to me, which bothers me even more than the colors being off.

Yeah, exactly. Why so glossy? Hopefully the retail pairs are a bit different.
Now that they finally got around to fixing 11 mids (evidenced by the concords and platinum tints), it's time to reshape the lows. That's the other reason these don't look like the OGs.

That is a sweet box, didnt notice the snakeskin on it at first. The label looks like the one used on nikes with the font a bit. I also see the LE tag on these, i hope that crap doesn't come back!
