shape looks off for a 2013 pair of Taxis

they are legit 2013 taxis, but are beat. the guy must've wore them every single day since release or something. also the guy put the first lace inside the shoe which is why it looks funny as well.

how much is the guy asking? you can find a way better pair for sure.

The shape of the shoes looks off.  Not sure if from wear or..  I'd just stay away from these and chase after another pair.

I don't believe these are legit and even if they are i still wouldn't buy them in that condition. Look like dude even slept in them. Damn.

I looked at them again, you guys are right, they are not 2013s. From the collar they look like the CDP taxi. Still a legit pair btw.

if they are CDPs the insole will have a special CDP tag on the insole

Only tags will tell. Two possibility; beat 2013 or beat CDP. The front view of the shoes look like the leather has been stretched from playing in them a lot and when you stuff the shoe with shoe tree or paper that's what they end up looking like.
