well the washed up Jay-z last album was better than any album Juelz ever put out in his career so what exactly does that say about him. Juelz and his Dipsetcounterparts aren't even relevant to hip-hop right now and haven't been sicne Ballin in 06.

Would it be impossible to say Jay fell off? Unless he remains at the same level (possibly Blueprint era) and he's gone down from there, then I think Juelzmay have a valid argument.

and Jim Jones does have a point about NY rappers being selfish. Most of the Down rappers whenever there's a remix you hearall them N___s on it. Wayne, Luda, Ross, T-Pain, Jeezy etc. But these are kinda the wrong cats to talk to.
