The comeback was nice, but the Lakers lost that game the way the played in the 1st 3 quarters...
AD = 3 fg attempts in the second half ... feel like this is said every other game but the team gotta find a way to get him more involved in the offense.

AD's lack of involvement on offense is why Ham is a fool. Dude fails to recognize game situations time and time again. Dude wants to run and gun in transition 24-7 like Showtime and run PNR 24-7-365 when he should be posting up AD on a mismatch when it's a close game late and should slow the tempo down and use his All-NBA Big to his advantage.
This is why Ham will eventually get outcoached in the playoffs as well.
This team doesn't really impress me with their style of play. Elite teams would be able to easily defend a one-dimensional offense that frankly relies on LeBron way too much

Since AR went to the bench 7 games ago
DLo & AR have played 66 minutes together 120/103.8 offense and defensive ratings together.
In 4th quarters 117.1/82.9
Solid call on picking spots for them. Probably could play together a bit longer per game. But it does work.
The closing 5 should be DLo/AR/Bron/AD and the hot hand between Rui, Vando, Cam and Gabe.
The 4 have played 5 of 7 games in a lineup together and have a +34.8 rating.
The mistake last game was Jaxson Hayes in for way too long. Sure he was fine to start the 4th. Short handed team. But after he missed 2 FTs, important ones at that. Then got 3 more minutes. Before DLo was brought it with 13 minutes of game time sitting. I get runs and what not, but Jax missed FTs are bench worthy.
If you’re worried about AD not getting the ball, it would make sense to put as many scorers and ball handlers on the floor to take attention off AD when it was clear there was the game plan to keep AD from controlling things offensively. And the 5th guy can be your perimeter anchor.

Last year was last year. Getting to the WCF and getting swept means little today in the grand scheme of things.
Vogel coached this team to a championship and got canned less than 2 years later.
