Latest HTC Hero Flash!!!

Found this on gsmarena.com, but I'm not sure how to put it on my G1. Does anyone know how???

1. Rename to update.zip (the downloaded folder)
2. put on root of sd (don't put the files in any folder, put it like the 'desktop' of sd cards)
3. ALT-W to wipe
4. Then ALT-S to flash
5. After it boots use the apps to sd app as this is a must for this CERTAIN build!!!!
then move dalvik cache...reboot

I already have it on my G1.
The Good: Sense UI, Supports REAL flash animation, widgets are off the hook
The Bad: Lag, Takes you back to the boot screen every time you press the home button, Even with Spare Parts I cant get the screen to "flip"correctly, Wont let me download Pac-Man (which is FREE) because I didnt pay for it

Bottom line: Beautiful on the outside, ugly on the inside

I use apps to sd to move dalvik cache to my sd card?

And how long does it take to authorize my credit card? It's taking forever

I really don't know I have the Tilt, I got it from another site where someone posted it.

I have the program as a zip file. PM me your email address and ill just send it to you. You gotta download Astro file manager (Free) to install

Nah not exactly. Its an unfinished OS so it has somebugs. Its pretty much a leaked beta version. Hopefully the final version will be much better.
