I would say legit but the 3M ain't poppin' how it's supposed to . So I wouldn't trust it

2010 release didnt have 3M so you cant base authenticity off of that. They look legit to me, nothing looks off color wise and the jumpmans look centered in the tongue. Check the production dates and the tag. If the dates read 04 or 05 then they are fake because the 2005 release had 3M
