They are legit; look exactly like my pair I sold off years ago; laser etching on leather is on point and to the best of my knowledge they haven't made fake laser etched kicks outside of AJs (too much work? LOL)

Google the style code for confirmation; 308856 comes up Land Navigation Pack and the shoetag info is on point as well.
