So I sent him a 9. And he filed a return saying he received the wrong size. He sent me a 8.5. I have a feeling these are reps. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks nt.

I would say these are legit

why not file a police report and mail fraud report? I wouldn't let someone get away with basically stealing my shoes
