I'm no expert, but my first opinion is fake. The heel pods don't match up well with the herring bones & even though these are worn, the way the 23 has stretched looks a little fishy. Lastly, the seam in the back of the patent leather doesn't match the peak of the outsole on the right shoe.

These are fake.  The overall shape of the shoes are off, the heel traction pod looks off, and the 23s are stretched.
