Legit Check on 09 Nubuck 12

i just got these off ebay idk why i'm having so many doubts now its just little things bothering me

The part(s) that are shaky to me are the tongue and back tab.

Look at the stitching on the left side of the right back tab.

As for the tongue the right shoe is kinda bumpy on the carolina and its smooth on the left shoe 0.o

Could they be b-grades?

any other opinions?  from anybody...as to why one side looks shorter than the other on the back tabs? and the tongue difference...

also i asked him where he got them from he said bought em in 09 off nike.com  he has %100 fb on ebay.

These shoes were mass produce like all the other shoes, you are bound to find some imperfection on them.
For the moment I thought you were talking about how the nubuck is such a dust magnet.
But that's another issues on itself.

B-grades would have a Sharpie "B" marked on the tag. They're real.
