Comparing your second picture to this pair from stockx you can see the differences
The pair from stockX is more round at the toe area and more flat in the back as they should be. The swoosh on your pair looks bigger then it should be. The clear tape on your pair is much more slanted and it just looks off. The black stitching on the ankle area is too low on your pair, in the pair I posted you can't see it under the red flap.
