I think these are legit..tongue lining looks good, and you can see the TM is placed right, but still need closeups of the superman patch to be sure.

I agree. The lining does look correct. These pics just don't show enough to give an accurate LC. Hard to tell on the SM from this angle. The stitching behind the heel tab is blue as it should be though..

Fake no doubt. Check that blue stitching out on the heel, sloppy and crooked on both shoes and not even close to what it should be. Pic #2
