Legit check on White Cement 4s (2012)

So I purchased a pair of White Cement 4s that look a little flawed, to say the least, from an online reseller. I'm skeptical on their legitimacy so any input on them would be appreciated. Thanks! You can find the pictures here with a little more description on what I saw wrong with them.
