Legit Check PLS!! 2009 Space Jams

Im in the process of buying these SJ's off a friend of mine who bought these off a friend of his. They seem to check out but my only concern is that the "Jumpman Jordan" label on the tongue sits up a little higher and not directly in the middle of the 3rd space of the laces when the tongue is pulled all the way up. Its actually right in between the 3rd and 4th space. Thanks for any input in advance.
