CF is the carbon fiber shank.  Black that has the checker look to it.  May be smooth or could have texture.  Just looking at these pics they look legit to me.

That looks good, now the only thing the updated UA don't have it tissue inside of the shoe wrapped around the shoe tree... what kinda paper came with these?

They had black 45 paper, and regular (if I recall correcty) white paper.  UA don't have 45 paper, or they don't have the white paper?
