I can't tell because the pictures get more blurry the closer I try to view them. The heel tabs don't appear to be on as much of an angle as authentic 350's and there are a few differences with the box label but again, it could be the quality of the posted pics throwing me off. Here's a decent article for reference and toward the bottom of the article are a ton of close up, higher quality pics to compare against yours.
