I think im going to give up pastry/cookies/candy

no more toaster strudels or mexican sweet bread

its going to be tough for me, but im going to stock up on girl scout cookies so i can feast on easter

I'm giving up all bad sugars. Candy, soda, cakes, cookies etc.

Not particularly religious but I will use this time as motivation to take myself in a right direction towards better health.

i started 2 weeks ago...gave up regular soda and switched to diet and water.....and eating more vegetables...

I'll be giving up booze. I really want to pick up my game in the gym and I feel that one day of drinking a week really throws me off for a day or two. Shouldn't be too hard.

Sucks to I'm going to miss St. Patty's day festivities, though.
