It cant be plural because the shirt wasnt talking about more than one Bape. It is possesive because the Bape is pointing to it being fake. Therefore itis correct that it is Bape's instead of Bapes.
EDIT: I don't even know why I am giving reasons/arguing....this shirt is just stupid and lets leaveit at that.

I was assuming "bape's" was referring to shoes.

Since it seems to be referring to the hoody, i contend that the "are" is incorrect.

Either way, both dudes take the L in my opinion.
