it wont happen cause the mods or dirty have to be all over them and constantly monitor them for all the crap that happens in them. if it happens,dirty could create it and state at the beginning, permaban/ipban for anyone that messes up, no warnings....

Mods/Admins (some of them. They know who they are) are too anal in regards to PYP threads. What's wrong with a roast? If dudes post porn, then sure,excersise your right to delete the post, ban the offender, and let it ride.
