Hi I found these Nikes that are a bit beat up and I am looking for information on identifying the model.. reverse image searches yielding nothing, serial number notta. They appear to me to be some sort of baseball cross trainer as they have 6,4,5,3 on the tongue loop and heel loops. The heel of the shoe is especially unique. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
