Kind of defeats the purpose of being able to go to the store and conveniently pick one up, I guess all things must come to an end sometime...owell

As far as I know that's one of the main reasons it's being banned. The high level of caffeine reduces the effects of the alcohol for a period of time...leading people to drink more and before you know it...you're done.
