im upset at journeys because the choice "dumb N_" was in their system to choose

so the WHOLE store is at fault not just that one person

do you know how these computers work? takes 1 manager to put that choice in the system.
so that could still mean only 1 racist person... could mean the whole store, but even then 1 store isn't the whole company.
