I don't chew gum like that. Might get a piece from someone here and there but I always use mouthwash

The alcohol in mouthwash dries out your mouth and will actually make it stink more. I drink a lot of water and don’t have any breath issues. Drink a cup of water right when you wake up - it’ll help with morning breath.

Probably takes me like 2 minutes. I go up and down 7 times on each side of every tooth. No idea why I chose that number though . I use those little handheld pieces.

Yea, the stuff doesn't leave you stank down there. I make sure that I trim tho so the powder can actually go on my skin.
