From everything he has done in recent memory, I would have to give him the mainstream R&B crown right now. Chris Brown is a very very close 2nd IMO.

His album never gotta break, played it non stop since it came out. One of my favorites of the last few years but it's way too early to say that. He's only got one album out right now so I can't give him that title.

Because granted I've had most of Miguels songs for like...no lie...5 years now, I'd say there are MANY more people deserving of the attention.
Hes *popular* now...but he is no where near "the best" IMO. His songs are very good though. I will admit.
