Yo I be sneezing and my entire body feels it. All of a sudden I sneeze hard and can't help it.

I'll feel the reverberations in my back and ankles, chest, neck, etc. Feel that shockwave of pain in my bones.

And you know sneezes come in twos so I be in agony after the first and dreading the second

had all you can eat hot pot with the boys i hoop with saturday mornings. felt sleepy around 9:30pm and thought it was food coma, got home with wife around 11pm, realized it wasn't the food, i was just falling into a coma after 9:30pm nightly!

Pretty sure “keep the same energy” was from when Shannon Sharpe was getting on Skip Bayless for getting gassed regarding the Cowboys. It only happened a couple weeks ago.

I just don't think it has ever been in my blood to gun, folks have always gotten on me for it. Almost like how Otto "should" shoot more.

Most recs in DC only have open gym during the day, so dudes my age can only play if they are unemployed.

So last Summer, I was off and I hooped with some young dudes. 21 and younger.

I almost wanted to fight somebody man. I essentially did cardio for 2 hours. I was in somebody else's neighborhood, so folks didn't know me. They didn't know if I could hoop, so they were not giving me the ball.

The upsetting part was the shot selection.

People got mad at Mark Jackson when he said Steph ruined the game . Nah he as right man.

Dudes iso, iso, iso, step back, 3 feet behind the line.

It was frustrating. The coach in me wanted to coach but I didn't bother.

Some of the college kids are coming home which is bringing out the kids that were good enough to play varsity but not good enough to play college. Some that actually play are here for a short break

I don’t care about shooting but my old self wants to win cause once I lose I’m off to being a family man. Last night I was on team Low IQ.

So, uh, one of my kids said something bout a helicopter. And for some reason that triggered my memory that I used to breakdance in highschool (15yrs ago). Out of shear zealousness, I gathered my kids to show them some moves and....

Sometimes when I play defense in pick up games, My brain knows my legs should be moving but they are stuck like tree trunks. Also, now my spin move sometimes launches the ball out of bounds like a sling shot.

This is why I hate going to college rec centers most of the time. Bunch of kids tryna be the man on campus and most of the same ones are in there every single day playing and training for some damn pickup games. My *** is too stiff nowadays sitting at a desk all day to be guarding 5 dudes who play together every day like it’s the NBA Finals.
