Im going to Morongo Casino for the 1st time this weekend....I was wondering if there are any advice for a first timer and any nearby attractions i canvisit....shop, eat, etc.
Also i was wondering what are the best hotels and its rates in that area any recommendations?

cabazon is right next to it
and i don't know if there are any other hotels in the area..
just stay at the casino's hotel hahah

anyway.. i suggest taking as much cash as you're willing to spend and leave it at that.
don't take any credit cards or debit cards (if you don't have self control, you might go bankrupt)

and like in any casino, if you're going to get a drink, get it while you're sitting so you can pay a dollar or two (for tip) rather than 5 or somethingdrastic at the bar

^what do12jet said.

but come in with a set amount that you're ready to play with (especially if it's hold'em)

the problem i see too often when im there is a bunch of young people play with a small amount (usually like 50 bucks) and are hesitant to play it. they fold alot of decent hands because they feel like they have too little money to not be playing anything but quality hands.

buy in for around 80 at least, any less and the blinds and raises will force you into a short stay.

for poker def try to do max buy in for watever limit ur playin at.
for blackjack look for white shaved head dealer named jesse, dudes funny as hell and makes the experience fun.
dont fck with craps- since its just drawing cards instead of dice kills the fun in it.
bring id and leave ur debit/credit card in the car if u got an addictive personality. lol
havnt been there for couple of years but damn it was 1/4 of my senior year lol.
oo.. def hit up a & w by the morongo parkin lot. bomb food n drinks. enjoi!

if your going to play at the tables try and play before 10 or even earlier because a lot of times they increase there minimum during their busy hours andsometimes the minimum gets pretty high.

stay away from the youngins cuz they will screw you over, they're usually at the 5 dollar tables so try to play at a empty table or play at the 10 dollartables, the youngins are just rookies so they really don't know what they're doing most the time!

First thing you do when you walk in is go to roulette and put it on black

. On another note just make sure you bring a set amount and dont go over. In thefirst 20 minutes there my friend made 300, by the end of the night he lost that 300 and the og 300 he brought with him and would've got more out of hisaccount if we didnt make him leave his debit card at home.

Most of all have fun, and watch out for the trannies.

is morongo casino still 18 and over? i heard they changed it to 21+

I always say, "whatever money you take to a casino, look at it as money you aren't going to come back home with." I think it helps having thatmentality because then you only take whatever amount you are willing to loose instead of being impulsive and regretting it later. As far as Morongo, I'veactually never been there. Do they have some club there? Or am I confusing it with another casino?

its still 18 i was there the other day, i got carded for the first time too. fu*k that computer roulette though, i wonder who won that raffle for that 7series bmw

when i go i just play blackjack. its fun when you have a table of people who are older because sometimes when u wanna hit they be like no and most of the timethey are rite. but on a side note only bring as much cash as you could afford to lose. They are a business and they are only open because people lose money.some win but a lot more lose.
