My Facebook and instagram have been hacked…

What’s up everyone. My facebook and instagram have been hacked and I can’t reset my password on my Facebook because the hacker for some odd reason got my email address. Is it anything I can do to get my account back? As far as IG, I can log in, but I keep getting logged out randomly. Any help will be appreciated. I tried everything

Happened to me a couple years back--I found a solution that worked, it's expensive though:
Buy a meta quest VR, they have a customer support and will reset your account.

My checking accounts have been compromised also getting charged money I didn't spend on gambling sites

I just deleted my hacked IG account and created a new one.

As far as FB, still trying to get that situated…smh
