NBA players meet and greet

Sometimes I see current and former NBA players make appearances in various places like sneaker events or book stores, and I was wondering how this type of stuff is usually advertised?

Is there a website that shows when players will make an appearance and at what places?

I'll be going to Vegas and LA later this month so was hoping if there are any meet and greet events on then I can catch them.
