In the cities you live in, are they going full bore marketing right now for the playoffs?

Catchy slogans, adds in the paper, little flags or bumper stickers, your jobs etc etc?

Is anyone seeing these in Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, LA, Boston, Utah, SA, New Orleans? Is this normal in these cities or do they generally keep prettyquiet?

will in San Antonio everyone has little flags and bumper strikers since the 1st game of the season...
people in SA are spoiled and expect them be in the playoffs every year...
the rest comes when they make the Finals...

Calm down. I'm asking so that I don't jump up and down for no reason. If all cities are doing it, there's nothing to worry about ya know?

Nothing extra here in Cleveland. I guess we already know what the deal is.

I expect to see more flags on cars, and Cavaliers jerseys though.

Uhhh, yeah, that isn't the question.

Have you seen anything about the playoffs and all that in terms of marketing in the New Orleans area? Has zero to do with who will be in the finals.

yeah, your city is used to losing so they don't get their hopes up.

Some people need to read before replying to a thread.

Some of these comments have nothing to do with what the OP is talking about.

It's been RISE UP the last couple years, I expect it to be the same.

That's right, I do remember the Rise up for Cleveland. What is the population of that city nowadays?

So so far we have nothing different in Boston, SA, or LA. (minus the couple homers in town here and there of course)

Cleveland has a regular theme they use each year......who else?

^You doing a Marketing project or something CP? Or just trying to get the playoff feel for other cities? I'm certainly not complaining and certainly notmaking Finals predictions like that clown above

just wondering about your rationale

I thought it was going to be GET PUMPED THIS YEAR

When Warriors made it a few years back, good GOD the hype was intense, even PRIOR to beating the Mavs.

The Hornets most likely will go with the"Bee-Lieve" thing again. I haven't seen anything yet just the stuff that's normally on the side of the arena. Maybe they will in the nextcouple of days. The select-a-seat event was last week for next year's season tickets. I heard the Lower Bowl is completely sold out.
