Obviously there are exceptions to the rule. But the majority of films, when broken down to their base materials are love stories.

What's your opinion?

Well, in any movie there's going to be characters that care about each other in some sort of way.  It doesn't have to be the main focus though.

Just because it's an element of the plot doesn't make the film itself a love story. 
Do a lot of films contain a love story element? Yes. Do all films contain a love story element? No. Is every film a love story? Hell no.
