need help on customizing sk8 his

hey guys i was thinking about adding some color sk8 hi checker boards any suggjestions on how to color the checkered part? ( i mean like the paint/markers to use) thanks for any and all help

also if anyone out there has already done this if you could post your design for insperation that would be a big help .. thanks

There used to be a post about this a long time ago. Get Prisma Color markers from a art shop. Use the fat end to color most of it and then the skinny tip totouch up. The ink runs on the canvas so you cant do any detailed design but I colored some checkerboard slip-ons and they turned out aight. Ill try to figureout how to get pictures on here...
