These are fake.
These are an older batch since the swoosh is small, authentic pairs have a bigger swoosh. The ankle shape looks bad. The stitching around the shoe isn't that great. The insole design is wrong, look at the "TM" and also look at how it has a parentheses ")" after the word "overlay", which should not be there.
If your budget is around $750, then you will most likely get scammed. New pairs are selling around $1600 now. A used pair in the condition as the shoes you posted would easily go over $1k, in my opinion. It may be possible to find a very used pair at that price, but anything decent would probably go over $1k.
