FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Rhode Island man with an "intense dislike" for the New England Patriots threatened a shooting at Gillette Stadium, according to police. Tobias Gray, 44, of East Providence, was arrested at his home Sunday afternoon, less than 24 hours after a concerned citizen told police Gray made the threat on Facebook after the Patriots signed receiver Antonio Brown, according to police.

Gray, who was charged with uttering a terroristic threat, wore a Giants jersey during his court appearance in Providence Monday.

According to police, Gray's Facebook post read, "I'm going to pull a white boys school shooting at Foxboro you might as well hand them the ring right now. I'm if I ever get my hands on a gun, which I don't have one yet, but I'm looking. I will go shoot up random people at Foxboro."
