gimmicks are annoying to me, but I know she's talented at her core.

Dudes like Illphillip act like since he used to work at a rap label during what he calls "the best time for rap ever" that times and tastes don't change.
Remember how your parents treated your music? Exactly. I'd think working at a label would highlight that generational gap more than ever.
