Interesting. What do you normally wear that's not clunky? I find mine to be light and super comfy. Esp compared to my Jordans; even SB4s are so clunky compared to these, AM1 BB, AM90 infrareds.

I bet inverted is an inside joke that they couldn't retro them exactly 1:1 so this is what I ended up getting.

Not sure why Nike wouldn't mold the 180 outer cage the same as before, can't see how Avia can sue them now 30+ years later.

They just pulled the same thing as they did with the BB AM86 which is to turn it into a chunky dad shoe.

Asics have tried this in recent times with the retro Gel Kayano 5 and 14. Subtle but noticeable.

The comfort is fine.
It’s the weird suction feeling that I hear and feel on shiny surfaces.

Not gonna lie, I like them. I'd grab them if they went on discount! But probably because I love blue as it's my favorite color.
